Description: Kerry Carper and Tammy Carper established the company in 1994. Since than, we have successfully completed hundreds of various types of construction projects. We have also had the oppertunity to work with a numerous and diverse group of clients, some have returned as repeat clients, others have become close friends. Personal attention to each job: The primary benefit of being a small contractor is that each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire construction process. We are very "hands-on" builders and provide much of the skilled labor through in house sources.

Affiliations: We are current members of Sarasota County Home Builders Association. We are a participating contractor for the My Safe Florida Home Program. We teamed up on several projects with Laurel Civic Association (nonprofit community organization) and the Sarasota Office of Housing and Community Development to provide affordable new housing or necessary repairs to benefit Sarasota County residents.

We feel it is a privilage to live and work in such a beautiful community. We also feel strongly that as builders within our community we must adopt practices that will not proliferate adverse effects upon our environment or natural resources.
